Question 1: When is the club closed?

Answer 1: As a club we reserve the right to cancel up to 8% of sessions a year. Scheduled closures are listed below for 2018.

Trampoline Squad:

British Championships 21st-23rd of September

Question 2: How do we sign in?

Answer 2: Coaches will now sign in gymnast via iPads at the gate at the start of each session. The gate is at the entrance of the gym.

Question 5: How do we know what our child is working on?

Answer 5: Gymnasts currently follow Badge schemes which vary in levels from1 to10 and then Bronze, Silver and Gold. This applies to all disciplines and the completed badges will be uploaded on to the membership area.

Question 6: Can I request more specific feedback about my child?

Answer 6: Yes you can. If you would like more specific feedback then please email Kat our Parents’ liaison officer. Her email address is: Kat@leedsreboundgymnastics.com

Question 7: How can I report a welfare issue?

Answer 7: You can report a welfare issue by emailing Rebecca Robinson at: welfareleedsrebound@outlook.com

Question 8: How can I make a complaint?

Answer 8: You will find the complaints procedure on the notice board as you enter the gym. Please email Kat; her email address is: Kat@leedsreboundgymnastics.com

Question 9: Can parents stay and watch?

Answer 9: Parents/Guardians are more than welcome to stay and watch their child/children however they are not permitted in the gym during the session. If you would like to stay there is a viewing area upstairs in the café where you can watch your child on a television screen.

 

Question 10: Am I allowed to film my child?

Answer 10: No you are not allowed to film your child.

Question 11: If I cannot make a session can it be replaced at a different time?

Answer 11: If you are unable to make a session due to a personal reason, we unfortunately will be unable to make up sessions, due to the club being at full capacity.

 

Question 12: How do I enter my child into the club competitions?

Answer 12: If you wish to enter the club competitions please book via paysubsonline. Emails will be sent out to remind parents nearer the time.

 

Question 13: If I enrol more than one child will I be eligible for a discount?

Answer 13: Yes; siblings receive a discount of 10%

 

Question 14: What should my child wear to class?

Answer 14: Your child should wear clothing which is appropriate to the discipline that they are taking part in. Shorts, T-shirts, Leotards, Longs all of which are available to purchase in reception.

 

Question 15: Can my child wear jewellery?

Answer 15: No; jewellery cannot be worn during any session.

 

Question 16: Do you offer holiday programmes?

Answer 16: Holiday camps run through every school holiday from 9am – 3pm. 

 

Question 17: Are mobile phones permitted within the gym?

Answer 17: No; mobile phones are not permitted within the gym and must be kept in the changing rooms.

 

Question 18: Can my child take his/her belongings into the gym?

Answer 18: No; all belongings need to be kept in the changing rooms in the cubby holes. This includes water bottles which can be left in the cubby holes as you enter the gym.
